Basic Instructions:
|
Open the jar, remove protective seal, apply directly from the jar with a brush or pour into plastic plate or tray and apply with a roller and let dry. Wash tools and clean work area immediately after use. Close lid tightly when not in use to prolong shelf life. |

Techniques/Typical Uses:

Applied to canvas, wood, paper etc. as a primer. May be sanded between coats for smooth finish. Use as a primer for floor cloths. Use under collages and altered art to provide body for heavy embellishment. Use when creating art journals. Apply on paper to add extra strength and prevent paints from seeping through. Tint Gesso with Americana or Crafter's acrylic to enhance painting ground. Stamp or stencil images on surface. |
