Finished designs can be protected with varnishes or spray sealers. When using brush-on varnish, flow varnish onto project, brushing in only one direction to avoid foaming and puddling in recessed areas. Use cake decorating tips to add flowers, leaves, bows, and script to painting projects. Enhance decorative painting projects with delicate, 3-dimensional flowers and leaves, ribbons, bows, and script. Can be used on walls to look like stucco. Spread over a stencil and gently lift to reveal dimensional design. Tint Decorating Paste by mixing with any Americana Acrylic color. |

Helpful Hints:

Keep brushes, palette knives, and cake tips wet until clean-up. Decorating Paste can be tinted prior to application with 20% acrylic paint. Spray varnish is the easiest finish to use. Use a palette knife or popsicle stick to spread Decorating Paste onto surface. Decorating Paste can be painted with any acrylic when dry. |
