Helpful Hints:

When applying Glo-in-the-Dark with other paint, allow the basecoat to dry before brushing on a layer of Glo-in-the-Dark. It may also be mixed with the paint before applying, but the glow will be stronger if Glo-in-the-Dark is applied spearately after the basecoat has dried. (It works best with light colors.) |
