Product Description:
Paper Effects is a unique dimensional paint especially formulated to write, squiggle, and design in 3-D on paper surfaces. It is ideal for scrapbooks, gift bags, tags, cards, die-cuts, and altered books. Paper Effects dries fast, hard, and non-tacky so pages will not stick together. It comes with two tips, a medium one for bold lines and a fine tip for writing and detailing.
Paper Effects can also be used as dimensional glue for embedding accents such as beads, buttons, and charms. It is available in 12 vibrant, acid-free, non-toxic colors.

Hold bottle upright in writing position. Allow tip to lightly touch surface. Write or draw to add dimension to your memory crafts. Allow to dry overnight. To add dimensional objects to projects: Apply a dot of Paper Effects to surface, set buttons, coins, beads, or other small objects into it, and let dry overnight. |

Helpful Hints:
|
Practice on scrap material before starting. For a polished, professional look, print words from computer, using a light color ink, then trace lettering with Paper Effects. If paint dries in medium tip, remove cap, push toothpick from inside out to remove dried matter, and replace cap. If paint dries in fine tip, remove tip, push pin provided from inside out to remove dried matter, and replace tip. Clean the fine tip at the end of each painting session. Remove any dry matter with the pin provided, and wash with DecoMagic Brush Cleaner or soap and water. |
