2. Tint Daisy Cream with a drop of Fern Green and paint face.
3. Use #8 flat to paint saucer Black; use sponge to dab Black on pots and cat's edges.
4. Use thinned Black to paint sign and fence; while it is wet, use damp paper towel to wipe back.
5. Use #1 round and Black to paint facial features on witch and cat, and lettering on sign.
6. Cut circle from felt for the hat brim.
7. Glue fur to top of head, glue on felt circle, and then glue on small pots to form hat.
8. Glue two larger pots together to form witch's body, then glue to inverted black saucer.
9. Glue head to top, and glue flattened paper twist to body to form witch's arms. Glue sign to "hands", fence to witch, and cat to fence.
10. Tie bows with purple, satin ribbon. Glue bows to witch's hat and neck, and to cat's neck.
