Note: Allow to dry between steps. 1. Seal as desired. 2. With circle template, randomly paint Indian Turquoise dots. Let dry. Apply Glittering Topcoat over dots. 3. Base flip-flop bottoms Dark Rose. Let dry. Mix Believe Pink with Fabric Painting Medium according to label directions and dot Dark Rose flip-flop bottoms with mixture. 4. Mix Believe Pink with Fabric Medium and basecoat flip-flop tops. Let dry. When dry, apply tiny dots of Dark Rose on top. Outline top with Yellow Glitter Dimensional Writer. 5. Stencil small BC ribbons on bottom of bag with Believe Pink/Fabric Painting Medium mix. 6. Refer to photo and glue yellow flowers in place. |
