Instructions

|
Allow to dry between steps. 1. Paint plate as follows: center, Light Buttermilk; rim, Tuscan Red. 2. Trace and transfer star shape in plate center. Paint star Snow White. 3. Paint top star point True Blue. 4. Mask off stripes on remaining star area. Paint stripes Tuscan Red. Remove tape. 5. Paint small stars on True Blue star section with Cadmium Yellow. 6. Use permanent marker to outline star and add small stitch lines. 7. Use pouncer and Snow White to dot on plate rim. 8. Apply DuraClear Matte Varnish, allowing to dry between coats. |
