Note: Allow to dry between steps. 1. Seal as desired. 2. With Lamp Black, paint top part of purse on both sides. 3. Mix Believe Pink with Fabric Painting Medium according to package directions. Use mixture to paint large and small dots. (Refer to photo.) 4. With Bubblegum Pink Writer, outline breast cancer ribbons across Lamp Black-painted top. 5. Tie bows and glue ribbons. (Refer to photo for placement.) |
