Supplies - Brush basin, palette, paper towels, old fluffy brush, sea sponge, tracing & transfer paper, pencil, stylus, scotch tape, scissors, rubbing alcohol

6" X 5" Cream or Blue Pillar Candle

PREPARATION
1. Clean candle with alcohol. Dry with paper towel.
2. Sponge entire side of candle with 1:1 mix of Honey Brown and Candle Painting Medium.
3. Trace and transfer pattern.
PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Basecoat wings Titanium White; shade Mink Tan.
2. Basecoat dress Country Red; highlight Antique Rose. Add Honey Brown star design shaded with Antique Maroon.
3. Basecoat banner Antique White; sponge with Mink Tan; shade Burnt Umber. Add Burnt Umber lettering, Avocado small holly leaves and Country Red berries.
4. Basecoat face and hands Flesh Tone; highlight Titanium White; shade Shading Flesh. Dry-brush cheeks with Shading Flesh. Eyes are Lamp Black with Titanium White dots.
5. Basecoat hair Burnt Umber. Add wisps of Burnt Umber, Sable Brown and Milk Chocolate around face and for pigtails.
6. Basecoat holly leaves Avocado; highlight Hauser Light Green; shade Plantation Pine. Berries are Country Red; highlight Antique Rose; shade Antique Maroon. Add Titanium White highlights to each berry.
7. Basecoat halo and stars Taffy Cream; highlight Titanium White; shade Golden Straw.
FINISHING INSTRUCTIONS
Add details and outlining with Lamp Black.
