Shipping and Pricing Policies

Pricing:

Items purchased will reflect the sell price indicated at the time of product selection. Prices are continuously updated and are subject to change. Pricing is always in US dollars.

Closeout Products:

Items offered at closeout pricing will be identified and are available only while supplies last. Should a closeout item no longer be available, e-mail notification will be sent identifying the cancelled item. Your credit card will not be charged for any item not shipped.

Backorders:

Excluding closeout items, a backorder will automatically be generated for all merchandise not shipped with your original order. A packing list will be included with your order identifying the backordered items. No additional shipment fees will be charged with a backorder and your credit card will not be charged until the product ships. Backorders will be cancelled if items can not ship within 30 days.

Order Status:

If your order has not been received within the time frame outlined below, click "Order Status" on the DecoArt Store homepage or email: customerserviceda@decoart.com (Be sure to include your log-in name, order number, and short description of your problem.)

Shipping Guidelines:

Ground Shipments

All items will be sent UPS Ground.

For US orders, please allow 6 to 10 business days from the time of order for delivery.

For Canadian orders, please allow 8 to 12 business days.

2nd Day Shipments

For US orders, please allow 2 to 4 business days from the time of order for processing and delivery.

Aerosol Sprays will not be shipped via 2^nd day Air.

2^nd Day shipping is not available in Canada.

Canadian Shipping Information:

• Your order must total a minimum of $50 (US funds) for merchandise.

• Actual shipping charges will be added and billed to your credit card after your order has been filled. A $50 to $100 Canadian order will cost between $15 and $25 for shipping. 

• A processing charge of $3.00 per order will be added.

• It is your responsibility to pay all Customs tariff duties and taxes.

• All orders are subject to merchandise availability. No items will be back ordered.

• All sales are final. No Returns.

• No RUSH delivery.

• A contact Phone number must be available.

Other Shipping Information:

Delivery of items offered on our Web site is restricted to the continental United States and Canada.

Products are delivered by UPS. Shipments can not be delivered to post office boxes.
