Gisele Grenier

How did you get started painting?

My journey onto the path of artistry started with a dare. My son (at that time he was 10) and I were at his school signing him up for a class. He saw an art class being offered dared me to take the class – thinking that I was too old to go back to school. Taking the dare seriously, I took the course and that’s where it all started.

Mixed media and Fine Art.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Dealing with my arthritis in my wrists and hands.

When did you start using DecoArt products?

I think around 2000, can’t remember.

What impact do DecoArt’s products have on your work/life?

With the strength of the pigment and quality of the paint, I’m able to complete projects more quickly, not having to apply multiple layers of paint for coverage.

I think since 2004.
