DecoArt Glass Paint will not slide off the slippery surface, making glass and ceramic painting a breeze for anyone. Water-based. Permanent. Soap and water clean up

Directions: Shake well. Apply with a soft brush or sponge for an opaque satin finish. Apply 1-2 coats. Allow to cure 4 days. For top-rack, dishwasher- safe finish, place in a cool oven. Heat to 275°F and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in oven. Not for direct contact with food.

Can you use this for outside pieces?
Hi Lauren, thank you for reaching out. Our Glass Paint can be used on outside pieces for it has good UV and weather resistance.
I’m looking for a paint for stained glass projects. Specifically, I’m wanting an opaque and glossy paint. Can you help me?
Hi Calvin, thank you for your question. Our Glass Paints are opaque and dry to a satin finish.
does this paint contain volatile organic compounde (VOCs)?
Hello, thank you for your question. To the best of our knowledge, DecoArt Glass Paint does not contain VOCs. We do not knowingly add any materials that contain VOCs, but we cannot verify that the materials are not manufactured in places that may come in contact with them.
Does the mug need to be placed on a tray before baking, or can the mug go on the rack?
Hi Susan, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we can only speak to our Glass Paint, not your mug you are using. Our glass paint is bakeable. Allow the paint to air-dry 4 days before baking. Place in the oven and heat to 275*F. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in the oven.
Is DecoArt Glass Paint vegan? We have a family member with an allergy to mammal products so I don't want to bake in the oven if it might cause her to react. We have red, yellow, blue and green colors only.
