"Hello Beach" Outdoor Wooden Sign

Start off summer fun with an outdoor sign made with Americana Decor® Outdoor Living™ paints.
SUPPLIES
- flat brush
- cosmetic sponge
- wooden letters
- wooden cutouts
- wooden pallet
- E6000 Glue
- round brush
- liner brush
INSTRUCTIONS
- Using Frosted Glass and a flat brush, apply to the "beach" cutout. Let dry. Once it is completely dry, apply Picket Fence in the cutout grooves with a liner brush.
- For the "HELLO" letters, apply Lemonade for the base color. Using a cosmetic sponge, brush the edges with Sunset. (Less is more when using this technique; it doesn't take much to make the letters pop.)
- Get creative when painting a variety of beach-themed cutouts. For this flower, use Picket Fence on the outer petals and Lemonade on the interior petals. Staying within the same paint colors used on the "HELLO" and "Beach" sign, paint the rest of the wooden cutouts making each piece unique.
- Using a strong adhesive like E6000 Glue, apply the wooden pieces to the pallet.
