Mossy and New

"What a weird new product - had to try the moss and ruin set from the DecOArts website since Michael’s isn’t carrying this - yet! I expect it will catch on with all flavors of hobbyists, cosplayers, mini makers. You don’t need a thick layer of the squeezable paint to achieve the textured blooming effect. Keep an eye on the results under your heat gun, it only took a few seconds to bloom. Will start mossing up my mini greenhouse and move the colors easily to adjacent graveyard!"

Cool way to add texture to your art

"I saw creator use this and I ordered immediately. Within 30 seconds of my delivery I was creating my vision was a creepy mossy door sign that says Welcome foolish mortals with moss dripping off the words, with black greener and a skull bow. It turned out perfect."

— Crafty P. (5/5)

I'm Lichen this stuff

"Great products. Just the added touch my MicroMausoleums needed to add lichen and moss structures. Thanks."

Such a fun effect

"I wish this was around when I was doing miniatures! I am having fun using it on creepy dolls. Easy to use and dispense"

— Colleen B. (5/5)

"Wow! This paint is absolutely awesome! Easy to use. Does exactly what product description says."

— Debra (5/5)

Not what I expected!

"I am very disappointed. These are not what I expected! The paint doesn’t “bloom” very high. It’s more of just a low texture. I will not recommend this product."

— Risa F. (1/5)

It does exactly as it is shown to do!

"An amazing product with excellent, nearly instant dry time. It doesn't appear to harden past that of a soft foam. You can squish it with a finger. But it is really cool and a great asset to diorama making. There is a learning curve. A little goes a long way and the color lightens some with heat application. All in all, an amazing, useful product true to the description."

"This is so cool to use. Love watching it bubble up. Very easy to use."

Q&A

Hi, can it work with a regular hair dryer?
Hi! Use a high-heat air tool of at least 200°F/93°C while the paint is wet or freshly dried to activate the blooming effect. (Heat guns are recommended).
Can you mix color together before blooming and get a new color that will still activate?
Hi! Yes, you can mix the Bloom Paints to create custom colors! They will still activate and bloom as normal.
Is there a video showing the effect?
Hi! Here is a link to a Bloom video: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DblHnrsRKqr/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
Can this be used on fabric ie tshirts (cotton, polyester etc), canvas (bags, flags, paint canvases etc)? Or is it only for wood, metal, acrylic, glass etc surfaces?
Hi! It can be used on fabrics but for decorative purposes only. It cannot be washed, and we would not recommend putting it on something that would see a lot of wear and tear.
Can the new bloom paint be added to clothes ? Will it adhere to material ?
