"What a fun new medium to use! Easy clean up and easy to correct mistakes. A little bit higher priced than I would like but I am finding that I'm not having to use very much of the paint to get the bloom I want. Just learning but having so much fun!"

"Years ago I printed hundreds of T-Shirts with a popular water-based puffing silk- screen Ink. I had forgotten all about that, early 1980's. I now create miniature 1/24 scale Mausoleums,(It's a long story :)). I have been using static grass and products like Alcohol Inks for aging. The products that I purchased from you have been a great addition. So far, I've been creating features like Lichens and Moss into my builds. I found that I needed to change the order of operations in my detailing. When I Heat-Activated the bloom, I also inadvertently melted down some of the polyester ornament. Live and learn. They are meant to look aged and in some cases decrepit and neglected. A little sanding and re application . - Can you seal the bloom paint? What type of sealer is compatable with bloom paint?
- Hi! For added protection, first heat-activate Bloom Texture and allow it to expand fully. After the puffed paint has cooled and dried completely, apply a light spray coat of a compatible clear topcoat. Several light mist coats are preferable to one heavy coat, which could saturate or flatten the raised texture. Always test the varnish on a small area first, as a topcoat may slightly change the appearance, feel, or flexibility of the finished surface.
