Use this premium, multi-purpose paint to achieve long-lasting glow effects. Formulated with high-quality, phosphorescent pigments for maximum glow. Ideal for walls, wood, canvas, plaster, metal, papier mache, and more. Water-based. Permanent. Soap and water clean up.

Directions: Shake well. Apply one or two coats to surface with a brush or sponge. Can also be mixed 1:1 with light-color acrylics. Charge under sunlight or UV light for best results.
