How to use DecoArt SoSoft Fabric Medium
Use as a wet basecoat to glide paint onto fabric or mix with SoSoft Acrylics to create translucent effects. Directions: Pre-wash fabric without softener. Shake well. Apply with brush or sponge. Water-based. Permanent.
