"I watched a video. I read all the directions. I put this over dry paint. Waited overnight. Put my top coat of paint on and nothing happened. No crackles. . . Not one. I was able to wipe some of it off and got a antiqued look but that was not what I was going for. I wanted crackle. Again did not work for me!"
