Introducing Make It Stain, Make It Thick, and Marker Maker: three new, different additives to transform the Americana Acrylic paints you love! 

Make It Stain is mixed into Americana Acrylics to form a colorful wood stain that is translucent and buildable to intensify color vibrancy and opacity. Mix in a ratio of 1:1 (one part Americana Acrylic paint to one part Make It Stain) then paint onto raw wood and wipe away to reveal a color stain to emphasize the natural wood grain.

Adding Marker Maker to any Americana Acrylic gives you endless color possibilities for a paint marker. Once mixed with any Americana Acrylic, Marker Maker creates a paint body that is ideal for use in a paint marker (included in the kit) or is perfect for use in wash and layering paint techniques. You can mix in larger quantity and add to the marker, as needed, or mix it directly in the marker. The markers are washable and reusable and include extra marker nibs, if needed.  

Make it Thick is a mixture, that once added to Americana Acrylic, elevates the normal soft body acrylic to a heavy body acrylic paint. Perfect for impasto or texture painting techniques when you want your creative ideas to have more of a tactile and dimensional effect.
